Dale Lancaster
As founding principal of each of the businesses that make up the Quad Sates Companies, Dale Lancaster is actively involved in all aspects of daily operations. Primary contributions include site selection; limited partnership formation and management; tax credit application and submittal; construction financing; tax credit syndication; equity sourcing and sales; and federal, state, and local agency and government relations. Mr. Lancaster has over twenty-five years experience in the affordable housing industry as a developer, builder, consultant and property manager and possesses expertise in every facet of commercial and residential real estate. He has served as general partner in numerous limited partnerships, (including conventionally financed apartments, HUD 221 (D-3), and FMHA 515 projects) and he is a past president of the Mississippi Chapter of the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. He has been actively involved in Section 42 housing since its inception and has prepared over 100 tax credit applications in 7 different states as well as 22 market studies in 9 different states. He is currently the general partner in 21 limited partnerships of operating properties, 6 properties scheduled for completion by the end of 2008, and 5 properties scheduled for 2009 completion. Mr. Lancaster is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

G. Robert Harrison
Mr. Harrison, our CFO, has more than thirty-seven years of experience in commercial banking, and the real estate lending and equity markets. Mr. Harrison brings a banking executive perspective with experience in lending, underwriting, credit approval, and business development. Mr. Harrison has been responsible for managing substantial loan portfolios, and commercial lending staff’s at four major regional lenders in the United States. Mr. Harrison’s experience includes implementation and development of sales staffs, asset management, and business development. He has experience closing all types of commercial real estate transactions with a multitude of financing sources to include low income housing tax credit deals, USDA 538 financing, and historic credits. Mr. Harrison has been instrumental in the creation of numerous lending programs at the banks in which he was employed. Mr. Harrison has a Bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an MBA from the University of Tulsa with a concentration in Finance.

Jimmy Lancaster
As Acquisitions Manager of all of the Companies’ developments, Jimmy Lancaster plays active roles in site selection, construction planning and estimating, and coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors. Mr. Lancaster is a licensed NASCLA accredited commercial general building contractor and residential building contractor. He also has a real estate license and is a CCIM candidate.

Gerry Green
As the bookkeeper for the Quad States Companies, Gerry Green is in charge of data entry, payables and receivables management, subcontractor contracts, and vendor relations. Ms. Green brings forty valuable years of construction related administrative skills and experience to the Company and is involved administratively in all aspects of daily operations. In conjunction with her general administrative duties, Ms. Green also serves as Dale Lancaster’s administrative assistant.

Guilbert Gibson
As banking and insurance liaison, Guilbert Gibson manages existing relationships with the Companies’ financing and insuring providers as well as sourcing new providers. Mr. Gibson is also responsible for limited partnership due diligence compilation and online file management and storage and assist in the preparation of tax credit applications. Mr. Gibson’s experience includes commercial and residential lending as well as construction equipment sales and management.
